The study of God's Word at Mt. Rock began with a Sunday School nearly 175 years ago.  There has been a small but active church at Mt. Rock since 1845. As a result of God's grace and blessing over these many years of steadfast, faithful stewardship, we have not only a rich history of faith but also deep roots in this community.  We invite you to come and join our small but growing family.

 Our worship services are traditional yet informal.  They are characterized by favorite hymns, an occasional praise song, a children's message, Bible-based preaching, and prayer. 

Perhaps nothing is more indicative of Mt. Rock's "personality" and mission than our time of greeting at the beginning of each worship service as we  honor Christ by sharing His love and peace with one another.  Everyone takes time to greet everyone else, to share the joy of God's presence among us, and to try to make both old friends and guests feel welcome.   You won't feel like a "newcomer" for long!

• Prayer & Bible Study (Current study is the Book of Romans. A study of the Gospel of Mark will begin soon.)  9:30 each Monday morning.
• 1st Wednesday Food, Faith and Fellowship gatherings.  Video, dessert, fellowship time, and faith-based discussion.
• Adult and youth choirs
• Nursery care available during worship services.
• Our famous September and March Mt. Rock Turkey dinners.
